Well,
I hope ICANN that toothless wimp of a body, starts getting its registrars into order. The professional ethics is abysmal, they need to make a stand.
I think some registrars might need to plug their financial hole by selling off other domains to compensate... especially with legal redress. I bet the EU courts aren't going to accomodating, I hope they get nailed with punitive damages.
